What are the Unlimted Potential Programs?

The Unlimited Potential Programs are FREE basic computer courses aimed to promote computer literacy in the community. The courses are open to anyone, especially people who have never used a computer before. The courses are run in conjunction with The Smith Family, Microsoft and Community based partners [such as Gosnells PCYC]. The courses run for six weeks and will cover basic computer use, basic Microsoft Word, basic Microsoft Powerpoint, and basic internet use.

We also run some computer courses that we charge for.

The upcoming FREE courses are available starting on the following dates:

Wednesday 11th of April 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Wednesday 11th of April 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Thursday 12th of April 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Friday 13th of April 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Friday 13th of April 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Monday 16th of April 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Bookings essential. Classes will only run if there are six or more participants.

Course held at Gosnells Police and Community Youth Centre, Corner of Lower Park Road and Alloa Street Maddington.

Please have an idea as to which course date you’d like to attend before phoning, and try to have a second option in case that date is booked up.

Please leave your name and contact details with the office staff in case a course is cancelled due to lack of participants.

    Hi Matt,

    We advertised seven courses, we got enough interest to run four, but two of those courses only had two people turn up to them, so we moved those two people into the other two courses.

    So, we’re running two courses at present, but, we’ll have the rest run in June/July. [After I return from holidays – hopefully I’ll be getting to Malaysia for a week]. Some of them we’ll be giving to local schools, whilst others we’ll be advertising to the local seniors community.

    These seven we aimed at the seniors level, so, we’ve got two running at present and five to re-advertise. 🙂
